Real assets. Long-term perspective. Predictable returns.
ARETE is an investment fund manager focused on real estate and energy. Since 2014, we have built funds that deliver long-term, predictable returns to our investors – with a clear emphasis on transparency, expertise, and responsible asset management.
YEARS In the market
MILLIONAssets Under Management

Our team combines over 20 years of experience in energy, real estate, and fund management. We understand projects that others overlook.

We invest only in projects that meet strict criteria for return, quality, and risk. We don't follow trends – we look for value.

Our investors always have a clear picture of where their money is invested and how the fund operates.

We build returns patiently – without shortcuts or short-term speculation. That's how it should be.
ARETE Energy Transition follows a clear investment logic: it invests in projects that produce, store, and distribute energy efficiently and flexibly. These are next-generation power and heat plants – capable of responding to market needs, optimising costs, and achieving stable returns regardless of short-term energy price fluctuations.
Participate in Europe’s Energy Transformation
Energy is the backbone of the modern economy – and at the same time one of the most underfunded sectors of recent decades. Europe needs new sources, grid modernisation, and flexible solutions to replace ageing infrastructure. The ARETE Energy Transition Fund invests in these projects – and allows you to participate in this growth.
The Fund builds a portfolio of projects – heat plants, cogeneration units, biogas power plants, and battery storage – that can produce cheaply during periods of low electricity prices, sell capacity under long-term offtake agreements, and adapt to changing market conditions. The result is stable returns with a measured level of risk

The Fund is Investing – First Aquisition Completed
In November 2025, the ARETE Energy Transition Fund completed its first acquisition: the BIO TERM cogeneration heat plant in Poland. This is an operational project with long-term offtake agreements, generating returns from day one of acquisition. This first step confirms that the Fund is delivering on its investment strategy – and actively building its portfolio.
The ready project pipeline comprises approximately ten assets across European Union countries – heat plants, cogeneration, biogas power plants, renewables, and battery storage. With over 20 years of experience in investments and energy, our team knows how to evaluate and combine investment opportunities so that the target portfolio achieves its expected return – regardless of future market developments.
“Those who engage with this wave early can benefit from the energy transition. Demand and liquidity in the sector will gradually increase, and energy assets will generate additional returns from capital value appreciation”
Electricity consumption in Europe is growing steadily – driven by industry, data centres, and electric mobility.
Europe’s energy grid is largely outdated. Investment in modernisation is urgent – and profitable.
Unlike real estate, suitable locations for modern energy projects are scarce. Early entry is key.
The European Union is committed to achieving climate neutrality by 2050. The shift away from fossil fuels is not merely a political agenda – it is a regulatory reality that creates structural demand for new energy solutions. Investing in the energy transition is a direct response to this shift.
Our team has over 20 years of experience in energy and fund management. We know how to evaluate, structure, and manage projects.
